The article is describing about mental health that means the absence of mental disorder. Not only describing about the mental health and what is the risk factor. the article also describing about the mental disorder. It explains about common mental disorder that we can found near us. It also describing the early sings and explaining how to treat the mental disorder.

7.       Evidence              :

a.       According to WHO, “Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities can cope with the normal stress of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.

b.       Every one has some risk of developing a mental health disorder, no matter their age, sex, income, or ethnicity. Social and financial circumstances, biological factor, and lifestyle choices can all shape a person’s mental health.

c.       Common Mental Health Disorder:

                                                               i.      Anxiety Disorder, people with these conditions have severe fear or anxiety, which relates to certain objects or situations. The example of anxiety disorder is Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Phobias, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

                                                             ii.      Mood Disorder, People with these conditions have significant changes in mood, generally involving either mania, which is a period of high energy an elation. example of mood disorders includes Major depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Seasonal affective disorders (SAD).

                                                           iii.      Schizophrenia disorders, the individual will have thoughts that appear fragmented, and they may also find it hard to process information.

d.       Early signs, withdrawing from friends, family, and colleagues; avoiding activities that they would normally enjoy; sleeping too much or too little; eating too much or too little; feeling hopeless; having consistently low energy; et cetera.

e.       Treatment, there are various methods for managing mental health problems. Treatment is highly individual and what works for one person may not work for another. Treatments can include: psychotherapy, or talking therapies, medication, and self-help.

8.       Significant           :

This article is highly important to learn and understand because mental health is one of the most important things that we must concern because this can happen to us or someone near us. It describing the detail of mental health and the mental illness that can help us to understand more better in this problem.
